Cullingworth Bowling Club Events

Throughout the bowling season Cullingworth Bowling Club holds a number of events and internal Annual Competitions for Members of the Club and their family and friends. These are shown below, together with scheduled dates, and are normally held on weekends.

One of the most highly anticipated events in our calender is the Annual away day trip to another bowling club, in recent times staged at Gargrave Bowling Club. This involves a fun competition amongst Members followed by a meal afterwards at a local hostelry.

Another well attended annual event is our Club presentation Evening which is usually held at a local golf club. This event provides an opportunity for Members and respective partners to enjoy a convivial evening during which annual trophies are presented to the Members.

Occasionally the Club is requested to provide the venue to stage a match for a local league in which case we provide the facilities and hospitality for which we are well known. These events are usually well attended.

Notices of events, internal and league competitions are also posted up on notice boards within the clubhouse. Members are requested to submit their interest on appropriate competition forms accordingly.
